We are currently up and running without any problems. We update equipment and add
new lines as the need arises so that more customers can enjoy our service without
compromising our high standards for user reliability.

3/5/01 6:55 AM - Pacific Bell
is now saying that it is not an upgrade issue but a maintenance issue -
there is no update on the expected resolution time.
3/5/01 6:00 AM- Pacific Bell has been experiencing
temporary outages in the Sacramento area since 4:00 or so this
morning. They said it is an "extended upgrade", but
haven't given any details. There is no estimated time of resolution
on this issue
2/2/01 - Two OC3s are down in
Sacramento. After holding for SBC for a while, they informed us that
they don't know what the problem is, but they are working on it.
This is the same problem that they have been dealing with for the last few
days.
2/1/01 - Pacific Bell is experiencing
temporary outages in the Sacramento area. There is no estimated time of resolution
on this issue.
1/30/01 - Due to a problem within Pacific Bell's system, 46 of our 87 lines are having
problems. We are working with Pacific Bell to resolve the problem as quickly as
possible.
OLD NOTICES:
1/24 - Customers dialing in to the 550-1372 number need to switch to 587-3669
immediately. Pac Bell was supposed to make changes 1/25/01, however it appears that
they jumped the gun. Please call the office at (530) 582-2080 if you need assistance.
This is due to the 23 new lines that are finally going in - the ones that were due in
on Nov. 28th (see below).
